^ Yes! I would recomment "Blood and Chocolate" too, it's so much better than the movie. If you liked the movie, you'll FALL IN LOVE with the book

Oh gosh, lol. This post is gonna be LOOOOONNGGG. D: The Giver is an AMAZING book. You will need to 'look outside the box' to get some of it though. It's pretty much about how society would be in the future pretty much, and how one boy will rebel against it all, and it is a very complex, deep book. I read it every year, it never gets old. Another one by Lois Lowry, Gathering Blue. It's kind of like a sequel to The Giver. Based on the same thing pretty much, except it has to do with a disabled girl who's father has been labeled dead for several years. After she loses her mother, she is 'shunned' from society and finds work weaving. Very deep. A Rose For Melinda is a great book. It's written in a unique way too. Instead of normal text, it pretty much conveys the story via letters, videos, etc. Hard to explain, lol. It's about a girl named Melinda who falls in love with her longtime friend, and how she is soon diagnosed with cancer, and her struggle. Kinda sad, but I still love it. Okay okay, last one, lol. And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. It is a mystery novel, with a very big twist at the end. It's about these people that are invited to an island, and they soon find out that there is a killer on the island killing them off one by one, and they have to find out who it is before there are no people left. Agatha Christie is THE biggest bestseller of all time, outsold by Shakespeare and the Bible, so I can guarantee that it is very good.

haha It was braught out as Eragon too. Inheritance Cycle is just the name of the seires that Eragon and its follow up fall under. Seen both films, Memoirs of a geisha was amazing, Eragon sadly turned me off the book a little. I know. I was disappointed with the movie as well. I feel like the production was sort of rushed, so the movie didn't really hit off. The leading man was cute, though. Haha. Anyway, in addition to all books I recommended:
Has anyone tried Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events? These are 13 books by Lemony Snicket. It talks about the Baudelaire orphans and their misfortunes. I truly recommend it. Also, try: The Beatrice Letters and Lemony Snicket: An Unauthorized Biography. www.lemonysnicket.com/
The Blue Bloods Series by Melissa De la Cruz are also good, too. It talks about teenage vampires living the luxury life in Manhattan. So far there are four books. melissa-delacruz.com/index.php/books/title/blue_bloods/

I've never heard of the series until my mom bought me the first book. At first I didn't like to read it since the cover wasn't that interesting. (I know, I know, never judge a book by its cover) But it was good. Really. I only read the first two, since I'm also having trouble finding the other two. You should read it. I like it better than Twilight. I'll try searching an Ebook for you, I'll ask my sister since she gets them for free from some sites. Hehehe. Speaking of, to those who would like an Ebook of Stargirl, I know the link. (It's for free) Pm me if you like to read it. I don't know the link for the sequel, Love Stargirl though.

I've read the Series of Unfortunate Events but I decided to stop because it was really getting depressing for me xD
I think I stopped at.....The Slippery Slope. I know I had three more to go but I just couldn't finish, I was like "DARN IT WHEN ARE THESE KIDS GONNA HAVE SOME GOOD LUCK?!"

I'll keep my eyes open though (: & tbh, i like bits of the twilight series. I'm not a massive fan. Stargirl is the cutest book ever <3 to get an ebook to you have to have one of the machines to put it on? cause i haven't got one haha

I was actually a fan of twilight before. It's the fans and the whole Rob Pattinson craze that I'm not fond of. Ever since Twilight became all about Edward Cullen and his hotness blahblahblah, I didn't like it that much anymore. The series are okay, for books about vampires. (Harry Potter still pawns big time though) Yay, for Harry Potter! Anyway, I'm not sure about the machine thing. Ahehehe. All I know is that it maybe is in pdf format. Kind of like Midnight Sun when it was leaked.
kynthers: Hahaha. Yeah, the Baudelaires do have a lot of bad luck. I think that's what made me like the series. The ending was quite good, though. Such a twist you've never seen coming.

I suppose some of my favorite books are the Twilight and Hunger Games series. The last book I read was The Woman in Black by Susan Hill. It is based on the new movie with Daniel Radcliffe. If you're the type who likes to read books before seeing movies, I HIGHLY recommend it. But the movie is nothing like the book. Hahaha. :]
